The Family Supports Waiver, one of Indiana's Medicaid waivers, disregards household income and allows an individual with a developmental disability, intellectual disability or autism to access Medicaid as a primary or secondary insurance, if eligible. It also provides additional support through waiver services. Some waiver services include: behavioral supports, family and caregiver training, music therapy, participant assistance and care, and pre-vocational training - just to name a few. We'd like to forward you our Waiver Toolkit if you're interested in more information about the Family Supports Waiver. When you request the Waiver Toolkit, you will be assigned to a specialist who can walk you through the process of obtaining the waiver. PM us on Facebook or send an email to email@example.com with 'Waiver Toolkit' in the subject line.
